These measurements are the actual measurement of the inside of the boot from the tip of the toe (inside) to the furthest point of the heel (inside). You need to measure your foot as instructed in the "How to measure your foot" instructions and add 1/8 to 1/4 inch to the measurement you came up with then use that measurement to chose a size from below.
