The Cado Motus Transformer frame allows you to choose between
either a 3x125 / 4x100 or 3x125 / 4x110 setup just by changing wheel
size. Start on 4x100 or 4x110 setup, developing critical skills, form and
strength. As muscle memory and strength develop, you transition to
the 3x110 or 3x125 configuration.
